DMCA Copyright Policy

Olala Neon LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) regarding the removal of allegedly infringing material. If you believe that content available on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to request removal of the material. Repeat infringers may have their access to our services restricted or terminated.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice including the following information:

2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the material.
- Take additional action against repeat infringers, including account suspension or termination where appropriate.
All determinations will be made in accordance with applicable law.
3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within the period required by law.
4. Required Statements
By submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice, you acknowledge the following:
- You have a good-faith belief that the reported use of the material infringes the rights of the copyright owner.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You understand that false claims may result in legal liability, including damages and attorneys’ fees.
