2. Custom Products & Order Process

2.1 Made-to-Order Products

Most Olala Neon products are customized and produced specifically according to customer specifications. Production begins only after order confirmation and successful payment authorization.

2.2 Order Confirmation

An order acknowledgment email confirms receipt of your request but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to:

• Errors in pricing or product information;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
• Design content that violates intellectual property laws or public policy.

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

2.3 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Submitting accurate measurements, design details, and shipping information;
• Ensuring custom artwork does not infringe third-party rights;
• Reviewing final proofs (if provided) before approval.

Orders for customized items are generally non-returnable unless defective or covered under warranty.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your shipping location.

We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before production begins.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing at any time prior to order confirmation;
• Correct typographical or pricing errors;
• Suspend orders for unresolved payment issues.

4. Production, Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Production Timeline

Estimated production times are provided for reference and may vary based on order complexity and seasonal demand.

4.2 Shipping

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

• Risk of loss passes to the customer;
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

4.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

4.4 Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

5. Limited Warranty

Olala Neon provides a limited warranty of 12 to 24 months from the date of delivery, depending on product type.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. It does not cover:

• Improper installation;
• Misuse or modification;
• Accidental damage;
• Electrical surges;
• Wear and tear;
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion. To initiate a claim, contact our customer support team with order details and supporting documentation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content — including designs, images, product displays, graphics, branding elements, and text — is owned by or licensed to Olala Neon and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute website materials;
• Use our trademarks or branding without written authorization;
• Reverse-engineer or duplicate proprietary designs.

DMCA Compliance

If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly, please submit a written notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law;
• Upload or request content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
• Interfere with website security or functionality;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer accounts;
• Use the Services for fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of this section.

Olala Neon is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Limited Warranty:

• Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

• Olala Neon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Olala Neon and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of intellectual property or other rights.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
• Required by law or regulatory authority.

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for completed orders.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State in which Olala Neon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good-faith negotiation first;
• If unresolved, binding arbitration or state/federal courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
